This policy explains what Real Estate Seminar ("we", "us") collects when you use this website to sign up for a webinar, and what we do with it.
What we collect
When you reserve a seat we collect your first name, last name, email address, mobile phone number, the webinar date you chose, how you would like to receive reminders, and your answer to any additional question on the form. If you agree to text messages we also record the time, the wording you agreed to, and the internet address (IP address) the request came from, as a record of your consent. Our servers keep standard technical logs.
We also record how you found the sign-up page: the campaign details in the link you followed, if any (for example the name of an ad or a newsletter, the "utm" tags, and the click identifier an advertising platform adds to its links), the page you first arrived on, and the name of the website that sent you (only its name, not the page you were on). We use this to know which of our announcements and ads work. It is stored with your registration and is not shared.
How we use it
We use this information to hold your seat, to send you the reminders and join link for the webinar you signed up for, to answer your questions, and to keep the sign-up form safe from abuse.
Text messages
If you answer "Yes, I'd like to receive text reminders" when you sign up, you agree to receive recurring automated text messages from Real Estate Seminar about the webinar you registered for: a confirmation, reminders before the webinar, your join link at start time, and notice of any change or cancellation. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving texts. Reply HELP for help. Agreeing to texts is not a condition of any purchase.
We do not share or sell your mobile phone number or your text message opt-in consent to third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. Your mobile number is passed only to the service providers that deliver our text messages on our behalf, and only so that they can deliver them.
We send email to the address you sign up with about the webinar you registered for: a confirmation, reminders before the webinar, your join link at start time, and notice of any change or cancellation. Real Estate Seminar may also email you about its upcoming webinars. Every email has a link to unsubscribe, and unsubscribing stops all of our email to that address. Your email address is passed only to the service provider that delivers our email on our behalf, and only so that it can deliver it.
Who we share it with
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers that help us run this website and deliver messages (for example website hosting, and text message and email delivery), who may use it only to provide those services to us, and when the law requires it.
How long we keep it
We keep registration details for as long as needed to run the webinars and to keep a record of text message consent, and then delete them.
Your choices
You can cancel your seat at any time from your registration page (the link is in your confirmation). You can stop text messages at any time by replying STOP, and stop email at any time with the unsubscribe link at the bottom of any of our emails. To ask us to correct or delete your information, contact us.
